Southern BBQ, slow food fast.

Voted one of the best food carts in Western Canada, Re-Up BBQ won the food truck lottery and became the second food cart to open in Vancouver in 2010.

With offering only three menu options, pulled pork, beef brisket and Southern sweet tea, Re-Up BBQ quickly became a huge hit on the streets of Vancouver with their no fuss and easy to eat, delicious BBQ.

The combination of bad weather, bad traffic and flat tires helped convince owners Lindsay and Michael to open shop off wheels. Leaving their 4' x 9' kitchen space and having a 'real restaurant',  food options stretched to ribs, buttermilk biscuits baked daily and homemade coleslaw to name a few.

When asking Lindsay what sold Re-Up on opening in New West, it wasn't so much our beautiful spot on the Fraser River, but it was the community here. Local residents invested thousands in Re-Up because they believed in it; Lindsay and Michael were blown away by the out pour of support.

Re-up BBQ at the River Market opened its doors on May 20, 2012. With huge success, there are plans for possible retail sales of their signature spices and sauces in the future.
