Meditation & Connection for Women
07:00pm -08:00pm
An evening to nurture your soul. Come explore the depth, beauty and transformative power of meditation. Each meeting will focus on a different type of technique that you can implement in your own practice.
The intention of this group is a shared interest in growth & connection. I am not a meditation guru - I simply have a passion for the practice and love bringing women together. There is power in the group, and I am honoured to share what I learn as I learn it. However, as always, the true transformation and power is already within YOU. My vision is to bring women together to experience this journey together.
Please bring a cushion to sit on, and a blanket if you'd like. A journal may also be helpful.

Find rhythm
Don’t be a jerk
Dance Machine is a kinetic sculpture that can be transformed into multiple configurations by the actions and movement of the bodies within it.
Featured Artists:
Michelle Olson
Natalie Tin Yin Gan
Sujit Vajda
Tada Hozumi
Ray Hsu
Aryo Khakpour
Alexa Mardon
Daisy Thompson
Dance Machine was made by Lee Su-feh, Jesse Garlick and Justine A. Chambers
A set of principles govern how artists relate to each other, to the environment and to the public. This Manifesto forms the basis for all encounters as the Dance Machine journeys to different places.
The public is invited to enter: share tasks, play, rest and converse with a small group of artists who act as hosts, guides and facilitators. An embodied experience that has the potential to inspire deep rest as well as mindful play, the Dance Machine can also simply, be a beautiful dynamic object to witness from multiple perspectives.
