S&O SUPPER SERIES 01

On Saturday April 21st at 7pm our friend Todd Graham of @handtasteferments will be launching our S&O Supper Series with an amazing Low Country Boil for 36 lucky guests in the back of the brewery! - Dungeness crab, Salt Spring Island mussels, clams, smoked sausage, potatoes and seasonal vegetables, all boiled in a mix of Old Bay and herbs will be poured down one long table for you to enjoy. There will be fermented pickles and veg to start as well as some fresh doughy knot bread to help soak up the broth. Dessert will be a slice of homemade key lime pie! And of course there will be beer. Lots and lots of beer. - Okay, this part is key. Tickets are $65 and will be available for purchase starting noon this Saturday April 6th at the brewery! You must come to the brewery to purchase tickets as we don’t have online sales set up for it. I’m pretty sure tickets will sell out quickly so if you can’t make to the brewery this Saturday, send a friend. - Looking forward to having some beer and wonderful local shellfish with you all!
