Say Hello to Found Boutique

Feel like shopping for a cause? Downtown New West’s own Found Boutique is opening on August 6th! By supporting this local shop, you are sending revenue back into Union Gospel Mission programs to help our homeless neighbours.

Found strives to expand UGM’s program reach by serving as a bridge between customers and UGM’s other services and programs. Every purchase gives gently loved clothing a second home while funding meals, shelter and recovery for our neighbours. Visit their website here for more information.

With a combination of new and gently loved apparel, you can find high quality products,  including local work from artisans throughout the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and greater British Columbia. Found Boutique carries women’s and men’s apparel, as well as home decor, so you are bound to find something that’s right up your alley and know your money is contributing to a valuable cause.

Congruent with their goal of taking care of our community, Found Boutique is ahead of the game in taking COVID-19 precautions. In-store shopping is limited to 7 customers, floor stickers remind shoppers of physical distancing and staff sanitize fitting rooms between uses. 

Right when you enter the store, a sign greets you saying, “Go ahead, try on that dress, do more than eye those boots, because here, you’re giving people their dignity back too.” If this mission isn’t uplifting in these trying times, we don’t know what is!
