Origins Chocolate Bar

Origins Chocolate Bar is owned and operated by New Westminster residents Katey Wright and Peter Jorgensen. We got hooked on bean-to-bar chocolate a few years ago through David Mincey at The Chocolate Project in Victoria, BC. Since then, through David’s tasting parties we’ve sampled more and more chocolate from around the world, and learned more and more about the passion and care that go into making craft chocolate. Eventually we decided to take a bigger bite and open our own bean-to-bar chocolate shop. Changing the world, one delicious bite at a time.
