House Concert: Katrina Tamagi & Nicola Davies

The next house concert in Nicola's series is a classical voice and piano concert, Saturday June 10, 7:30pm, with soprano Katrina Tamagi and Nicola Davies on piano. You can expect to hear some shimmering vocal gymnastics with music by Strauss, Mozart, Canadian composer Cecilia Livingston, and Milhaud. DATE - Sat June 10, 7:30pm LOCATION - Music Box, 630 Carnarvon St FOOD etc - BYOB, potluck goodies, no alcohol, but you can bring your best non-alcoholic beer/cocktail. TICKETS - suggested $25 donation, pay-what-you-can, RSVP to nicoladavies@live.ca to secure your spot. Etransfer or cash at door. All ticket income for this will go towards restarting non-profit house concert organization Living Room Live (www.livingroomlive.ca). Other things to note: PARKING - construction may make this a challenge as the parking lot is not currently accessible. There is free street parking further up Carnarvon. The closest skytrain is New West.
