We all know that yoga can do wonders for your physical and emotional health. Practice yoga outdoors and the benefits grow even more(s)!

The lululemon lila summer series is offering free sunset yoga at Westminster Pier Park throughout the summer. We decided it was our duty to find out if this outdoor yoga thing was a good idea. Turns out, it’s FANTASTIC!

Relaxing becomes much easier when you are exposed to fresh air. Nothing beats taking a deep breath, filling your lungs with oxygen and exhaling to soothe the mind and body. Practicing yoga outdoors is thus a perfect solution to clearing your mind.

Your senses will be heightened as you explore the wonders of yoga outdoors. Take in the sound of the flowing water, the smell of fresh grass and the feel of a light breeze as you enjoy the summer sunshine.
