El Santo's New Fall Menu

Mexican food lovers beware... you're in for a mouthwatering treat in Downtown New West!

Alejandro Diaz, the Managing Director at El Santo, an award winning restaurant, brought Executive Chef, Sam Fabbro and Bar Manager, Vanessa Coupar to Mexico City and Guadalajara. Both Sam and Vanessa created seasonal dishes and cocktails inspired by their recent culinary trip. 

We were lucky enough to try El Santo's new fall menu before it was released. Their menu summed up in one word? D E L I C I O S O


No need to be jealous (anymore), their new menu is now open to the public; you can sit back and take in all the different delicious flavors.

Not only are each of these dishes tasty, but the presentation is also an A+! Feast your eyes on the new menu items:


Sopa De Garbanzo (Gluten-free)
Chickpeas, poblano pepper, coffee roasted carrots, red chili, roasted beet & lime crema & Cotija cheese


Queso Panela Asado (Vegan-optional) 
Local panela cheese, nopal puree & Yarrow Meadows duck prosciutto


Carnitas De Jabali (Gluten-free)
Confit wild boar shoulder, burnt citrus salsa, guacamole & fresh tortillas


Carne Asada (Gluten-free)
Brant Lake wagyu flank, white beans, bone marrow, serrano salsa, sautéed greens & puffed green rice


Pescado A La Veracruzana (Gluten-free)
West coast rockfish, capers and olives, grilled tomatoes, mild chili broth, cilantro pesto & green rice


Charred Corn Husk Flan (Gluten-free)
Candied nuts, guajillo sugar & mezcal caramel


Don't forget to pair your meals with "The Cat's Meow" and "El Vicente" cocktails, they make a phenomenal combination. Cheers!
